Bio

Chris Hudson is the founder of The ARM and General Manager of Mark Miller Subaru, a two-store Subaru group in Salt Lake City. He led the first agent-to-agent car deal in America. With Ben Reuling, he built the Agentic Dealer Network so AI shopping agents can reach real dealerships, and launched Skip the Salesperson at Mark Miller Subaru, a one-price way to buy a car online with a person one tap away. He is building the business model for the future economics of the dealership. He coined Agent Relationship Management and writes The Starting Line, a newsletter for dealer principals and GMs. He has also served as treasurer of Riptide Society, an Austin nonprofit that helps at-risk youth.
